Mr. Smith is a venture capitalist specializing in corporate finance and development for publicly traded companies. He has a background in marketing and finance, and formerly served as co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Western Pacific Resources Corp. (TSXV: WRP). During his tenure, he raised over $36 million for the Company, bringing in a financial partner and the management team to run Western Pacific’s primary asset at the time. Previously to this, he provided corporate services for Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. (NYSE: FSM). He was also a founder of Riverside Resources Inc. (TSXV: RRI). Mr. Smith brings with him extensive media contacts and a strategic capital markets network built over two decades in the capital markets.

Former Western USA Exploration Manager for Newmont (Nasdaq: NEM), Mr. Saderholm is a well-respected, Elko-based Geologist and QP, with decades of discovery to production experience in both major and minor resource companies. Newmont was recently Ranked as Top Miner in FORTUNE ’s 2018 List of World ’s Most Admired Companies. He will take the helm in Nevada and throughout the Western United States, to manage and grow the precious metals portfolio for American Pacific. Mr. Saderholm and his team will undertake exploration programs for American Pacific utilizing today’s modern technology with the goal of uncovering overlooked, best-chance gold projects.
Ken Cunningham Mr. Cunningham brings over forty years’ experience in worldwide, diversified mineral exploration and mining geology from geologist to executive management. Ken has proven skills in management and organization of exploration and mining activities backed by an advanced skillset in all aspects of managing a public company. During his career he has been involved in detailed project evaluations and pre-feasibility work and has been involved in numerous discoveries and acquisitions, including several that have gone into production. For 12 years Mr. Cunningham served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Miranda Gold Corp. He currently serves as a Director of Teras Resources Inc. and CopperBank Resources Corp. He also served on Red Eagle Mining’s Board of Directors from 2011 to 2015. He is a licensed Professional Geologist and past president of the Geologic Society of Nevada.

Mr. Wareham has over 40 years of financial, accounting and international management experience. He has provided management consulting and accounting services to public companies in Canada and the United States. He brings a success-driven and fiscally responsible approach to the public companies he has been a director/officer of. He studied accounting with the Certified General Accountants Association of B.C. Mr. Wareham is currently Vice-president and CFO of a craft brewery located in Ontario, Canada and a Director of Canamara Titanium & Iron Ore Corporation in Vancouver, B.C.
Mr. Mohan has over 20 years of accounting, auditing, and tax experience providing advisory services to a wide array of clients. He has been a partner at Quantum Advisory Partners LLP, a professional services firm focused on providing Chief Financial Officer and full-cycle accounting services to private and public companies, since 2005. Acting on behalf of several public companies, Mr. Mohan has acquired considerable experience in financial reporting, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
Mr. Rushton is a Geologist and Corporate Development professional who has worked in the mining industry for over 28 years. He is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Prospero Silver. He also serves as a director on the boards of a number of listed resource companies including Revelo Resources Corp., Focus Ventures Ltd., and Medgold Resources Corp. Since 2003, Mr. Rushton has assisted public companies in marketing and business development with a focus on junior mining and exploration companies. Mr. Rushton has worked in the mining industry for almost three decades, initially as a mine geologist in South Africa and then as an exploration geologist working with Anglo American plc in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Portsmouth Polytechnic (UK) and a Master’s of Science in Economic Geology from the University of Alberta.
